Temp was 62F today. Very windy. Butterflies have a strong head wind and are not able to make any headway. 3 butterflies observed at Kenesserie Rd Prairie in a sunny area that was sheltered from the wind. There is still adequate nectaring plants but the weather will be taking a turn for the worse over the next few days with cold and gale force winds forecast.
