This morning I found four tagged Monarchs at Frontera Audubon Thicket in Weslaco. The numbers were PMY 404, 410, 413 and 415. Were they released locally or have they come down together? I reported them to the KU email address. Meanwhile the crucita (Eupatorium azureum) has started blooming and butterflies have picked up.
