On Sunday, October 16, a friend observed a lone monarch gliding south over their section where they sat at Lambeau field watching the Packers defeat the Rams. Likewise a monarch visited my garden the next day (Monday,Mequon, WI) nectaring on my dahlias. Temperatures were at minimum range for her to accomplish some gliding; movement was slowed down as I was able to pick her up for a moment......unfortunately the weather has deteriorated.
