While out driving West from Westland to Canton and back to Westland, pretty much in a circle, going West then East back, I spotted 8 different Monarchs (singularly flying), all of which flew across my driving path, and all heading Southward. All were flying, not nectaring. It was sunny and 58 degrees at the time. (from 1:00 pm to 2:15pm). After two cold and rainy days when they were not able to fly).
