My sixth grade students and I at Porter-Gaud School are doing a Monarch mini-unit! We have a nice butterfly garden with lots of lantana on-campus, as well as stands of our native seaside goldenrod and groundsel tree. Class 6E saw 5 monarchs either feeding or in flight during our on-campus field trip.
