I netted a large healthy female Monarch on my Abelia bush, for Monarch Watch tagging late yesterday(10/26/11. The temps were dropping quickly, so I put the Monarch in my "butterfly condo" in my garage until the temperatures permit her to continue her migration. I moistened a few cotton balls with blue Powerade drink. I will release her in the morning when the temps warm up.
