I believe I had these birds for a few weeks before this noted sighting. But, they hung around & became more noticeable about mid October. My daughter even mentioned watching a green hummingbird one day recently. I ascertained them to be Roufus hummers. Overall, I had more Ruby Throated hummers, but the Roufus were definitely quite different.
