Monarchs In East Point Park Nov 1st 2011

The pictures in the link above represent what I saw on Tuesday Nov 1st at East Point Park in Toronto (Scarborough). In 45 min I saw 27 Monarchs, some flying off over Lake Ontario, some sunning themselves on sawdust paths, some sitting on dried Goldenrod, some nectaring on the few asters which are still flowering or on dandelions.
