Fellow Birdwatchers:It snowed here Wednesday and Thursday all the leaves fell off the trees.70* one day ,snow the next!They should call eastern Nebraska,Freeze-Bake!The weather is wacked!Have my gardens buttoned up for the winter.Juncos are back.Downeys and Red-bellies are frequent visitors.Jay birds all over the place.Had lots of butterflies up until the day before the snow,Monarchs, Painted ladies,Sulfers,and even saw a Swallowtail about a week ago.Bought another 40 lbs of sunflower seed today,probably have to go get the same next week.Guess what! 51 days till the big C! HO HO HO and there goes all your money.
