A monarch butterfly was sighted in Stowe, VT on Tuesday, November 8th and reported to the "Vermont Bird Hotline."

"I saw a Monarch butterfly today in Stowe. It's 'plumage' was very bright and clean. Makes me speculate that it recently emerged. I've never seen one this late in the season."
