Today I checked on the monarch caterpillar that I left on my potted tropical milkweed 5 days ago at Monarch Waystation #271. It is still alive and feeding on the milkweed! The next days are going to be sunny and temperatures will rise into the 60s, maybe 70s. Hoping it will pupate and make it through.
