We planted our tulip bulbs using a bulb bole digger on November 2nd. We put them 7 inches under soil, laid chicken wire on top to protect them from predators and labeled each bulb with our names. We even planted an experiment bulb that was a little crushed, and we aren't sure if it will grow or not. There are lots of good worms in our garden filled with good soil.
