The hummingbird first showed up at my home about 5 days before Halloween and has been here since. I have continued to maintain the feeders and it eats from them a few times a day. It has been identified as a first year female Rufous and was banded by the USGS Paxtuxtent Wildlife Center on 11/18/11.
