We planted out tulip bulbs on a warm day. It was 62 degrees which is warm for Connecticut in November. We got a lot of rain right after we planted our bulbs, howevwer the wather has remained unseasonable warm for this time of the year. We followed all of the directions on how to plant our bulbs.
