We have regular Monarch visitors, one to three per day. We have milkweed in the back yard and as of two weeks ago we hatched 15 Monarchs and sent them on their way. We have 8 to 10 catterpillers of varying sizes now. We bought another milkweed from Home Depot and found a large catterpiller there which we transferred to the plant we bought so he would be protected. Surprising that it's so late in the season.
