I was driving my daughter back to college and always carry my camera just in case. Lately i have been getting plenty of hawks,so at 75 mph i catch this rather large bird to the right traveling the opposite directions with a 4'0 wing span or that is what it appeared to be was an eagle. Big white head unbelievable. I could not get my camera up fast enough and traffic was a bit heavy to slam on the brakes. It haunted me all night. i may have issues with my new hobby the shot that got away.but it is clearly burned into my memory.What a beautiful creature.
