The robins appeared in multitudes for about an hour, they were eveywhere. When my son and I went out on porch to observe it was eerie like a scene from movie "The Birds". They could be heard off in the woods all around us for quite a distance. It is difficult to estimate how many there were as we could not see as far as we could hear. We could probably see around 200. Then as quickly as they appeared they were gone. All looked to be well fed. Wondered if they were North or South bound.
