I just witnessed a large flock of Robins(about 35) who flew in to get a sip of water and patrol my fields for worms. I was so caught off guard. At the same time a small flock (about 8) of Cedar waxwings hovered in the tree. The Waxwings have been coming for about 3 days, unfortunately I don't have any of the berries they prefer left in the trees. So I offered some dried cranberries and raisins.
