yesterday a large flock of ROBINS 30 or stopped to feed on a privet
tree that was full of berries. I guess it started as a shrub but is
about 30' tall now. most years the CEDAR WAXWING stop there. this is the first time i have ever seen a flock of ROBINS in Mt.View or
anywhere around here. there have been years when i wouldn't see any
i haven't seen them today.....yet ! it's just after a long and unusual freeze for this area, and just before rain is finally
expected..................
