Recently found caterpillars in 2 locations.
38 at flagpole gardens and around 20 at my house.
All are PUPAs now. Milkweed scarce. I'll have about 50 total for releases.
The first ones are emerging and ready for release.
Several PUPAs outside surviving the mild weather also.
A few days ago I released 5 tagged monarchs.
These are wild monarchs except they were brought in as 4th and 5th stars and assisted by moving them to new milkweed sources.
