I was working in my flower beds and saw two Monarchs shortly after coming out of their crysallis. It was a very warm and sunny day. They were very slow moving, and could not fly well. I saw them off and on that day, and have not seen any since then.

Our winter has been extremely mild with many days in the 70s.
