Saw a monarch floating in pool on very windy afternoon. Rescued. No obvious damage to wings or legs, so I put it on a fat cord hanging in the garage so it could have a chance to dry out and be out of the wind. Came back later and it was still in there. Opened the garage door and it flew out. No apparent damage.

Also have spotted 5 crysallids hanging around the yard. I have quite a bit of milkweed and butterfly bushes which attract them. I also found a couple of damaged crysallids. We did have temperatures that dropped low last week, but it's spring-like now.
