Still observing alot of Monarch activity even with the Asclepia in a diminished state. Observed today 7 monarchs flying, 2 deformed adults, 1 dead adult, 3 adults newly hatched in a resting pose, 17 caterpillers, 9 chrysalis (I'm sure there are more chrysalis that I haven't seen). I have had tremendous success late this year with the Monarchs. I've also collected 90% of my seeds from the bloodflower sp. of Asclepia and intend to plant a large, new area in my garden in another month or so.
