During a drive along the coast on Hwy. 98, from Tallahassee to Grayton Beach State Park, we saw three bald eagles near the town of Eastpoint, FL. There were large flocks of ducks floating in the bay, and we watched as one bald eagle attempted to dive into the ducks and catch one for a meal. Another eagle was in a pine tree nearby. A few miles away, a juvenile bald eagle with transitional feathers flew above our car, while circling over hwy. 98.
