On Tuesday, 1/31/12 I heard my very first robin singing...a little. The song is not complete but the sing-songy notes are definitely present. Today there are a number of birds calling back and forth with partial songs as they fly from tree to tree continueing to gobble down the cherry laurel berries in my neighborhood. I guess they didn't hear yet the Phil the groundhog saw his shadow today! So, due to the warmer than normal weather, lots of sunshine here in FL the birds are marshing towards heading north before too long. So, I am enjoying as much as possible their song and presence.
