I saw at least ten. They are not the large pale breasted ones that show up in large flocks in late Feb heading north. These are our lean darker red robins. They have not been here all winter they just arrived very early. They even checked out the empty fountains and water features like this is their place. Not like the ones that pass through. So did they just winter in our state or close by? We also have the snowy owls in Idaho this year.
