I was driving south on Route 25 about about 2 miles south of Richmond. The time was approximately 1:30 p.m. I spotted the bald eagle in a tree on the property of the Blue Grass Army Depot. I pulled off the road and observed the eagle for about ten minutes. I was in awe! I was able to take a picture with my cell phone.
