We have had a very mild winter this year. Our cold days do not last long and it warms back up. We have had temperatures up to 70 and lows into the 20's. With the warm snaps coming often, we are not surprised to seem our tulips already emering. It was much later in the year before they emerged, the last few years we have planted.
