Today little sprouts of the tulips were coming out of the ground. They are about 1" high. The weather is sunny and 40 degrees F. We counted about 20 tulips coming up. We planted 40 bulbs. We are going to mark with little sticks that have the dates on them the tulips that have sprouted. This way we can keep track of when they come up.
