@ 330pm on feb 19,2012 wife and I observed 4 Bald Eagles in the Kingsland Bay area. We then proceeded to Fort Casin WMA where the Otter Creek flows into Lake champlain near diamond island and we observed another 5 Bald eagles. A beautiful sunny and mild day.
