At 8 am, we saw a female bald eagle perched at about 30'. She flew away, across Lake George. Lake George has 1/3 of it's lake located in Southern Michigan and 2/3 in Northeastern Indiana. We had lived here for seven years and this is our first Bald Eagle sighting at this location. She was perched, overlooking a corn field, near the lake. A beautiful bird and a highlight sighting for us!
