We have a large number of Bald Eagles that winter in the Klamath Falls area of Oregon and Nothern California. The eagles are attracted by the large number of ducks and geese that are in the open water. A number of eagles will set on the ice aroung the opening. One eagle will swoop and flush the ducks on the open water. The dead one are then taken back to the bank to feed on. This goes on all day.
