The woods were unusually silent this morning until I observed a red tail hawk perched high in the top of the tallest pine tree...Once he spotted me, he flew off and the woods became alive with robins searching food.
Skies are overcast with a thick cloud cover and we have a cold front coming down from the North with rain approaching the area and temperatures going back into the 60's.
