Hummingbird, Other Species Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 02/27/2012

Number: 1

The temperature dropped to 25°F last night, but I had brought in the feeders to keep them from freezing. When I carried them out at dawn, the hummers (both male and female Anna's) were waiting. They were very active today and buzzed me whenever I dared step into "their" garden. Tonight is supposed to be cold again, but after tomorrow, the weather should warm up.
