Snow day here. Had about 100 robins eating raisins I threw out in my back yard. Lots of males, but there are females too. There are two other trees with about 1/2 of what is here in each tree.
There is a time in the fall they go away- but when the snow starts- they hang out on the deck in the morning and look in the house. Once I toss out the raisins - bunches of then will fly over to eat.
Its cost me a fortune in raisins but I love to hear them "bark" and sing- especially awesome to hear them sing during a snowstorm.
