Robin (First HEARD singing)

Date: 03/04/2012

Number: 1

I raised my window shades at 9:00 a.m.,it was sunny and calm, temp 40 degrees,a little snow on the grass and pavement after a day of cold, windy, cloudy weather. I sat at my kitchenette table to eat and almost immediately heard a robin close by singing it's most common song which I believe is the male terrirorial sound, yeah man! A few minutes later I went outside to the garage and heard a cardinal in the distance. I mention it all the way I do because of the way the robins have built nests at my house over the years.
