Our winter temperatures have been rather mild this year. Lately, daytime temperatures have ranged between 32 degrees and 54 degrees. The ground has never had a deep frost. The students were surprised to see about 10 bulb leaves emerge. This was nearly three weeks ahead of last year's tulips.
