After 4 inches of snow here we still have a snow cover. However, in the valley just east of us(not more than 5 miles.)
The sun is beaming and although the air temperature is only 32 degrees F.the ground is snow free. Since spring comes there 2 weeks before it comes to our place which doesn't have that large an elevation but, still feels like winter. I can tell that spring is on its' way.
