We have had a very unusual winter here in Midland, Michigan. It has been warm and we have not gotten much snow. Today it was 66 degrees...this is very warm for this time of year. My second graders and I went out to observe our tulip garden today and discovered one has just poked out above the soil. We are excited and hope that winter does not return!
