Spotted an American Robin in my garden at about 7:30 a.m. It was obviously attracted to the sound of running water from my fountain. In the 7 years I have lived at this address I have never seen a robin anywhere on our 1.25 acres or in the vicinity. I will go out this morning and leave some freeze dried mealworms in a tray near the water to see if it will eat any.
