We traveled to Southern New Hampshire and found out that the temperatures for a good sap run have risen too quickly during the daytime hours. They report some sap run but that the content is only 1 percent which means that boiling is not happening at this moment except possibly for education purposes to show how the real maple syrup is obtained. 99 Percent of the water must be boiled off to obtain the syrup.
