Out for a walk with my grandson, and as we reached the corner of our street I spotted a male robin sitting atop a bradford pear tree. Just as I spotted him, he began his welcome song. I do think he was singing on territory. It's a cool morning (mid 30's), but tomorrow it will be in low to mid 50's. I imagine more robins will arrive with the warm front.
