The hummingbirds arrived a few days earleir than usual usually they get here about March 15 and by March 15 we had seen at least 15 - even with snow and cold weather they stayed - they seem to like to sit on the front porch between flights - this has not happened in the past but might have someting to do with the awful weather we havd been having - current tewmp is 44 degrees with a hard downpour in progress. I no longer teach - did for a lot of years, but do enjoy watching the reports.
