Hey,fellow birders,Mild,rainy,foggy,59*. We are in for more rain later. Most all my plants, including the bush salvia made it through the winter!I have not seen any Juncos in a couple of days.Mor. doves, grackles are back.Whole lota' wham,bam,thank-you mam going on!The robins are thick as thieves around here.Kestrel sitting in the sycamore looking for lunch.Been watching the migration map,Hummers might be here a couple weeks early. Many C.geese wintered over, but have seen large flocks heading north.Killdeer are also back.I think ring-billed gulls have been hangin' out on the river.I see them pass over the house a couple times a day.Have been given some red twig dogwood for my habitat project. When it dries out, will go down into the forest and do some birdwatching and see whats passin' through.Good birding and gardening.
