Only two of our 21 tulips have emerged so far. Another class at our school have many more emerging, but they planted a week before us AND used tulip food. We forgot! Our chicken wire protected our bulbs over the winter from animals. We were lucky because we didn't have much snow, so the animals had lots of other food to eat. We can't wait for them to blossom!
