I believe it was March 18, 2012 I seen the first one. Went for binoculars and confirmed.
The second sighting was March 20, 2012 This was a smaller eagle. My home sits on 10' piers as I live on the Susquehanna River in Kirkwood NY. I was able to see second younger eagle much closer. This time it was on opposite side of house. I did not need binoculars to identify The younger one. Both sightings were at dusk and high on a tree on riverbank.
Sorry no pictures as my good camera and scope lens were distroyed in recent flood.
