All of the tulips have emerged and almost all bloomed, but between 9 and 21 of them were bit off. Our tallest tulip is a foot and a half an inch. We did not know how to count the tulips because some of the stems were straight beside each other. Sometimes when we counted, and counted again, we still got a different number.
A kid named Htaw Yan saw a deer eating tulips and when the deer saw Htaw Yan it ran away. Most of the ones that have bloomed are wiliting because of the thunderstorm last night and the heat. Today the air temperature was 84 degrees and the soil temperature was 64 degrees.
