Today I was walking near my house when I noticed an Eagle standing in the river. I went inside to get my camera and came back and he was gone. I took a few more steps and noticed him watching me on a tree branch just about eye level about 25 feet away, down a slope, over looking the river. He was fluffing and shaking his wings and body feathers to get the water off from having been in the river. I'm uploading a picture of him I was able to catch today.
