We drove by a pond on the north side of Rte 5 and saw a bald eagle perched on a broken tree about 10ft out of the water. We drove back to the spot and took quite a few pictures of him before he flew away south toward the James River. I can't pinpoint the pond on the google map but it's in a wooded area next to a house that's on the pond about 1/2 way between Charles City and Rustic, VA
