Our tulips have been emerging slowly. We've had little snow this winter and almost no rain for weeks. The ground is very dry. We had over a week of unusual, very warm weather (up to the 80s °F) just before the tulips emerged.
The emerging tulips seem more "stunted" than in past years - this year's garden is in a new location.
